Dear Joanne and everyone at Sargent's,

I want to thank you for helping me purchase the perfect home, and all the help you and the other Sargent's personnel has given me.

I love my new home and for the first time in my life I am finally contented. I went to the Ark Shelter and picked out a 5 year old cat, and yes, Joanne, he is yellow and beautiful.
