How long will it take to build once I order?
* A manufactured home can be built sometimes in as little as 6 to 8 weeks. Modular homes can be finished in as little as 3 weeks after it arrives at the site. |

Are modular and manufactured homes less expensive than a stick-built house?
* Certainly, it's important to do a price comparison for the home you want, but in most cases a modular or manufactured home will be less expensive than a stick built. |

What about quality and flexibility? Am I sacraficing by going with a modular or manufactured home?
* A modular home uses the same building materials as a stick-built home. In fact, they generally have about 30% more raw lumber for added strength. Also, a modular is completely customizable. You can design your own plan much the same way you can for a stick-built home.
A manufactured home also uses high quality building materials. The construction of the home is very similar to a stick-built or modular home. With a manufactured home, you aren't as free to design your plan, but there are many different layouts available. Most people find a plan that fits them just right. |
